Tony and I hit the streets of Thomaston after a quick bite to eat at Crabby Al’s. We were out to get the word out about our position on the Naugatuck River Greenway (NRG). We were surprised that many didn’t know this was coming to town. In any case, business owners were receptive to our cause and understood the impact of losing these trails. We spoke to the owners and managers of:
- Crabby Al’s
- Patti’s Place
- Hometown Pizza
- Roost Powersports
- Mobile Gas Station
We left our Press Release at Superfly and JDT’s Brickhouse. We’ll be back to visit other businesses as well.

I work at the Cumberland Farms in Thomaston, we are super super busy and mostly locals if you want to go there, might make a huge impact.
